	B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Montana Tech of the University of Montana, 1999; M.S. in Operations Research, Columbia University, 2005.  Timothy was a Senior Consultant at Strategic Decisions Group before joining NSAI in 2007; prior to that he was a Reservoir Engineer in Strategic Planning at Marathon Oil Corporation.  He is experienced in managing strategy development projects for major international and large U.S. independent E&P companies.
