	M.B.A., Southern Methodist University, 1994; B.S. in Civil Engineering, University of Kentucky, 1981. David was a Reservoir Engineering Manager and Investor Relations Manager at Maxus Energy Corporation and a Reservoir Engineer at Exxon Company, U.S.A. before joining NSAI in 1997. He conducts reserves and resources evaluations for projects worldwide; he has specific expertise with properties in South America, and with enhanced recovery projects including SAGD and CO2 floods.
